2. Refund Eligibility
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re unsatisfied with the desktop application.
- Scope: Applies only to direct purchases from our website. Does not cover:
- Third-party costs (e.g., BrightData API fees).
- Licenses bought through resellers or unauthorized platforms.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@datascrap.studio with:
- Your order number.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Uninstall the software from all devices.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if:
- You violate our Terms of Service (e.g., reverse-engineering the software).
- The request is made after 30 days.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Cancellation for Annual Licenses
- Auto-Renewal: Annual subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime before renewal to avoid charges.
